Refund Policy

 

Retainer & Date Reservation (50% Deposit Required)

 

To make your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee. This deposit locks your date in our calendar and allows us to begin planning your coverage. The remaining 50% balance is due the day of the confirmed booking date.

 

Any request to change the date of the booking must be made in writing or via email. If the new date is available, all money paid will be applied to the new date.  

 

 

​Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

• Refund Eligibility: If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled booking date, we will issue a refund for any payments made beyond the initial 50% non-refundable retainer.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel your booking 7 days or less before the scheduled date, the full amount paid will be retained, as we will be unable to fill that date.
