Terms & Conditions

Copyright

All photographs and video footage (including raw files and unedited footage) remain the exclusive copyright property of JR Cinema. The Photographer/Videographer retains the right to use the photographs and videos for business promotion, including but not limited to: website display, portfolios, advertising, social media, and publications, unless an explicit agreement is made with The Client for private use.

Client Usage (Print Release)

The Client is granted a personal print release allowing them to reproduce, print, and share the final high-resolution digital files for personal, non-commercial use only. The Client may not sell, submit, or license the images or videos to third parties (including vendors, magazines, or websites) without the explicit written permission of JR Cinema.

Safety and Cooperation

The Client is responsible for ensuring the cooperation of all necessary parties (family, wedding party, guests). The Photographer/Videographer reserves the right to terminate coverage and leave the location if there is any threatening, aggressive, or abusive behavior directed toward any of our staff. In such event, The Client will receive no refund.

Delivery Timeline

The estimated timeline for delivery of the final edited photos and/or video is specified in the main contract (typically 1 to 2 weeks for photography and 3 to 4 weeks for videography). This is an estimate, and the timeline may be extended during peak season or for extensive editing projects.

Cancellation by JR Cinema

In the unlikely event that JR Cinema is unable to fulfill this contract due to fire, casualty, illness, or other emergency, we will make every attempt to secure a competent replacement photographer/videographer. If a replacement cannot be found, The Client will receive a full refund of all money paid to JR Cinema. The Photographer/Videographer's liability shall be limited to the amount of the refund.
